He loves sinner

Matthew11:28
-Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.-

who is this people in trouble that labour and heavy laden?
in Luke15:11-32, the boy that run away from his father got trouble but the one that stay is safe.
also God give promises:
(Isaiah 40:31)
But those who trust in the LORD for help will find their strength renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak

(Matthew 11:30)
For the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light."

so it means every one who made sins/mistakes or people that already run away far from God.
its also means Lord Jesus accept sinners. yeah, right, He dont like sin but He loves the sinners (more than His own life) to set them free from sins
thats why He bought us with His blood
